Across India, technicians and small repair shops do essential, skilled work — often tracked in notebooks, memory and scattered WhatsApp chats. Bigger platforms saw an opportunity to step in between technicians and their customers, and to charge for the privilege.
RepairSetu takes the opposite approach: a free, open workspace so any technician — solo or with a team — can run their day better, without handing over their customer relationships to do it. “Setu” means bridge. We want to be the bridge between your work and your growth, not a wall between you and your customers.
